Where we build.

Oneroom.
Each kind of property raises its own questions: a solid-wall terrace, a flat sharing services with the block, a listed frontage.
The standard.

Finishedto live in.
Square lines, materials picked to last, and a finish that still reads right years on — what we aim for on every job, whatever its size.
What you actually get.
- Backed work: Our workmanship is covered by a written guarantee, on top of any manufacturer warranties on the products we fit.
- Fully insured: PrimeCraft Surface Solutions carries public liability and employer's liability cover, active before the first tool comes out. Certificates available on request.
- A price you can read: You get a written quote that breaks out labour, materials and each option separately — so you can see what every choice costs before you pick it, and there's nothing new on the final invoice.
- One point of contact: The same project manager runs your job from the first survey to the final walk-round — every trade reports to them, so you're never chasing a subcontractor or repeating yourself.
- A tidy site: Floors and routes are sheeted before work starts, the room is kept sealed off, and waste is cleared at the end of each day. You keep living in the rest of the house.
- Dates in writing: We give you a start date and a finish date in writing before we take anything off the wall, and we plan the trades around them. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

Questions
Before you get in touch.
- It depends on the room and the spec. A bathroom refit is usually £11,000–£22,000, and £27,000–£49,000+ for stone or a full wet room. A kitchen is around £22,000–£38,000, more for a high-spec or made-to-measure fit. A whole-house renovation runs roughly £850–£1,950 per m² depending on finish. Every quote breaks labour and materials out line by line, and our online estimator gives an indicative range in a couple of minutes.
